Hesperia Labs S.L. provides AI software products and consulting services. These terms govern your use of our website, products, and services.
2. Products
Our software products are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software on the number of devices specified in your license tier. See our License Agreement for full terms.
3. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon before work begins. Unless specified otherwise, all intellectual property created during a consulting engagement is transferred to the client upon final payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is". While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free. Users are responsible for validating outputs in their specific context.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
