License Grant
Hesperia Labs grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software product you have purchased ("Product") on the number of devices specified in your license tier.
License Tiers
- Personal: 1 device, single user.
- Professional: Up to 3 devices, single user or household.
- Business: Up to 10 devices, single organization.
- Enterprise: Unlimited devices, custom terms via SOW.
Updates
Your license includes all updates within the major version purchased. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase at a discounted rate for existing license holders.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Product. You may not sublicense or rent the Product. Enterprise customers may host the Product on shared infrastructure under the terms of their SOW.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Personal and Professional licenses. Business and Enterprise refunds are governed by the applicable SOW.
